Health & Safety Services was involved with a asbestos cleanup and decontamination project at Fort Dix Army Base in Central New Jersey.  The project was managed by Eagle Construction for the Army Corps of Engineers.  The thumbnail is an scan of the actual letter from the Army Corps after completion of the Project.
