Scope of services:
Health
& Safety Services has been involved with many environmental issues at the VA
Medical center in Philadelphia and additional outpatient facilities. Services
provided include Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) investigations, asbestos
investigations, site safety audits, construction management, specification
design and CAD design
Health & Safety Services
has been involved in all interior renovations completed at the VA Medical Center
in Philadelphia. Our company has been recommended to architectural and
engineering firms awarded projects for renovation projects at the main
facility. Each renovation project ranges in budget of
33
to 9 million dollars. Health & Safety Services is responsible for site
inspection, quantification, budget design, specification design and CAD drawings
for each project. Once the project is awarded to a qualified General
Contractor, Health & Safety Services works closely with the GC to assure the
contractual obligations are followed.
